First Thursday Botanizing Walk: John H Chafee Preserve

Forester Paul Dolan will kick off our 2019 walk season in the section of the John H. Chafee Preserve located in North Kingstown, known to many as Rome Point. The preserve, a 230-acre coastal tract, features mixed red maple and oak hardwood forest as well as pure stands of red cedar.
